Oversee all leasing, marketing, and resident relations at the Nova Knoxville property, setting goals to achieve revenue, occupancy, and retention targets. Ensure leasing strategies increase traffic and closing ratios by maintaining thorough product knowledge, completing weekly market surveys, and conducting daily walk tours. Manage the full lease lifecycle from review and approval to roommate matching and move-ins, while auditing files for policy compliance. Lead leasing staff through recruiting and interviewing, develop retention programs and promotional materials, and handle resident complaints to ensure satisfaction.
