Job Summary
Hire, lead, and develop leasing staff while supervising lease up events, renewal parties, and resident programs. Provide excellent customer service through onsite tours and phone/online leasing to achieve occupancy and retention goals. Manage digital execution by maintaining social media platforms and creating promotional graphics using Canva and other creative apps. Assist with move-in and move-out events, collect deposits, and execute annual marketing plans within budget to increase property traffic. Requires 2+ years of leasing experience in student housing, with some weekend and evening availability. Commission and bonuses available.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Some weekend and evening availability preferred
- Communication skills that foster an environment of connection and belonging, teamwork and productivity
- A passion for helping college students find their next home
