Job Summary
Hire, lead, and develop leasing staff while providing excellent customer service as a representative of the community. Supervise lease up events, renewal parties, and resident programs, then give informative tours to prospects and lease beds via in-person, phone, or online channels. Manage move-in and move-out events, collect deposits, and execute annual marketing plans within budget to increase property traffic and maintain closing ratios. Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data while utilizing social media platforms and creative apps to keep property channels fresh. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to achieve established revenue and occupancy goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Some weekend and evening availability preferred
- Communication skills that foster an environment of connection and belonging, teamwork and productivity
- A passion for helping college students find their next home
