Leasing Manager

Job Summary
Oversee a new downtown Pittsburgh acquisition undergoing renovations, developing leasing and marketing plans including budgets, tiers, and strategies. Conduct phone, online, and in-person sales with prospective residents, lead tours, process leases, and maintain accurate lease files. Manage tenant experience by handling escalated complaints, implementing retention programs, and building community belonging. Execute marketing events, manage social media outreach, and analyze daily traffic to adjust sales strategies. Assist with collection procedures, file summonses, manage late notices, and process utility charge-backs. Compile weekly and daily reports, submit market surveys, and analyze data to create comprehensive sales plans. Lead the leasing and marketing staff, manage business-to-business outreach, and follow up on all leads. Occasional overnight travel required; full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year prior Property Management experience (at a manager level) to include basic accounting and/or Leasing experience
- Property Management experience
- Proficient in Google G Suite, basic property management software programs, and spreadsheet creation
- Ability to lead and motivate staff
- Strong people management and delegation skills
- Data entry competencies
- Sales driven
- Ability to be persuasive
- Negotiation skills
- Marketing skills and an understanding of marketing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve escalated customer concerns

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- More than one (1) year prior Property Management experience (at the Assistant level or higher), to include basic accounting and Leasing experience
- Valid state-specific Real Estate License, CAM designation, or CPM designation
