Job Summary
Lead the Marketing and Leasing program for the community, overseeing leasing operations, developing strategic plans to achieve budgeted occupancy, supervising the leasing team, coordinating lease-up events and resident programs, handling marketing efforts and budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include guiding on-site staff, recruiting and interviewing leasing team members, responding to internet leads, conducting property tours, maintaining leasing data and reports, inspecting units, managing move-in/move-out processes, and executing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Must collaborate with the General Manager and maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitor properties while upholding SQ standards and delivering strong tenant relations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred
- 1 year of Property Management experience required
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate math
- Background check able to pass
- Computer literacy required
- Experience with property management software such as Entrata preferred
