Job Summary
Coordinate all marketing strategies and leasing operations while maintaining the Community Marketing calendar. Onboard new Leasing Consultants and fill staffing gaps, then screen leads to increase velocity and ensure leases are complete and correct. Prioritize tour paths and curb appeal, communicating feedback to Maintenance and the Community Manager. Assist residents with finding apartments, provide genuine resident relations, and mediate feedback to drive retention. Screen applicants for the screening process, input new leases and renewals daily, and suggest leasing best practices. Schedule and follow up on maintenance work orders and future move-ins. Train consultants on leasing and touring best practices using OneSite and Knock.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to cover multiple or multi-site locations (Travel up to 100%)
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Experience in lease up to ensure an increase in qualified leads
- Position requires a minimum of 1-2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Sales is preferred
- Bilingual experience is preferred
- Marketing – ability to create and execute a Marketing Calendar
- Train Leasing Consultants as needed on Leasing and Touring best practices
- OneSite and Knock experience are preferred
- Competence in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software strongly preferred
- Participate in training to comply with new or existing Fair Housing laws
- Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner at all times
- Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook
