Leasing Manager

Drive leasing efforts to achieve and maintain target occupancy, implement renewal programs, and actively conduct outreach marketing on campus and with local businesses. Lead by example in cultivating a motivated, high-performing team while delivering first-class service to residents, prospects, and parents. Process leases and administrative paperwork efficiently, maintain accurate records in property management software, and assist in achieving NOI targets through effective cost management and rent collection. Represent the property at university functions and coordinate resident events to foster community harmony.
