Job Summary
Leasing Manager at Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. in Austin, TX. Responsible for achieving targeted occupancy, coordinating marketing plans with Property and Regional Managers, greeting, qualifying and closing prospects, scheduling and conducting property tours, processing lease applications, maintaining resident relations, and planning resident events. Requires three years of Leasing Manager experience in multifamily, strong sales/customer service, teamwork, active listening, attention to detail, excellent written/verbal communication, organizational skills, and bilingual ability. Offers a compensation package with commissions, vacation, health benefits, and a 401(k); includes drug screening and criminal history checks; EOE, M/F.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience as a Leasing Manager in the Multifamily industry
- Solid sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Active listening skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingual
