Job Summary
Leasing Manager leads the Marketing and Leasing program, collaborates with the General Manager to set leasing goals, develop plans, and drive occupancy. Responsibilities include supervising the Leasing team, scheduling, coordinating lease-up events and renewal activities, building relationships with external customers, executing marketing efforts and marketing plans/budgets, monitoring leasing progress, recruiting and interviewing Leasing staff, responding to internet leads, conducting property tours, maintaining prospect traffic and leasing data, ensuring lease paperwork accuracy, inspecting units, and supporting move-in/move-out activities. Requires strong customer service, English fluency, basic to intermediate math, computer literacy, and 1 year of property management experience; High school diploma or equivalent preferred. On-site, full-time, non-exempt/hourly at $20.00 per hour.

- 1 year of Property Management experience required
- Background check
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate math
- Computer literacy required
- Previous experience with property management software such as Entrata preferred
