Job Summary
Leasing Manager responsible for leading leasing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, touring prospective residents and professionally closing leases, managing lease renewals and resident retention, maintaining model apartments and tour paths, following up with leads and processing applications and screenings, assisting with outreach marketing and social media engagement, monitoring leasing traffic and maintaining reports in property management software, delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous apartment leasing experience required
- Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Saturday availability required
