Leasing Manager overseeing on-site marketing, advertising, sales activities, and leasing team to achieve revenue/occupancy goals; responsible for pricing, concessions, move-in procedures, lease documentation, renewals, and reporting using property management software; leads leasing process, monitors traffic, qualifies prospects, and ensures appearance/safety standards of the community while coordinating with maintenance and staff to maximize occupancy and marketability; requires on-site leadership, training, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property
