Job Summary
Oversee and train Leasing Specialists while auditing leasing files for compliance and ensuring all documentation is completed before submission. Greet prospective residents, assess their needs and budgets, and match them with suitable housing options by promoting leasing specials and discounts. Stay informed about local competitors and market trends to provide recommendations on rate adjustments, then submit weekly prospect reports summarizing key insights. Maintain a closing ratio of at least 33% and ensure online advertising is updated daily to reflect current pricing and availability. Track and maintain a daily engagement score of 90-100% in Knock, ensuring high responsiveness. Ensure vacated units are promptly cleaned, staged, and ready for viewings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel
- Ability to lift over 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Leasing Agent for 2 years
- Bachelor's degree
- Highly developed written and oral communications skills
- Proven record of accomplishment as a successful salesperson
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience with Resman property management software
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate across digital platforms
- Ability to interact in-person
- Ability to walk and work on the property
