Job Summary
Leasing Manager at Birchway Elk Grove oversees community leasing and marketing for a 276-unit lease-up garden-style property. Responsibilities include directing on-site marketing, advertising and sales activities, supervising the leasing team, ensuring an adequate inventory of ready apartments, setting rent pricing and concessions, monitoring traffic and leasing performance, developing and implementing short- and long-term marketing plans, and generating reports using the company’s property management software. The role also involves coordinating with maintenance to maintain appearance and safety, conducting tours and move-ins, reviewing financial and traffic reports, presenting leasing results to clients/owners, managing lease renewals, addressing resident and owner questions, and hiring/training staff. Licenses or certifications per state/local requirements and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property are required. The position is on-site with an hourly range of $22.12-$26.00 in Elk Grove, CA, with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of Related Experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, outreach, and reporting required.
- Prior lease-up experience strongly preferred.
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.
