Job Summary
Tour visitors and guests to show amenities and apartments, then recruit, hire, onboard, and manage employees to ensure adequate staffing. Motivate associates through recognition programs and train staff on resident services while conducting regular performance appraisals. Set leasing goals, provide timely reporting on leasing statistics, and conduct weekly meetings with maintenance and leasing staff. Evaluate unit prices, manage the application review process, and ensure lease packets include all proper documentation. Develop an annual marketing plan, conduct monthly marketing reviews, and execute outside marketing activities while following Fair Housing Standards. This role involves walking the grounds to inspect apartments and requires physical stamina for climbing stairs and handling heavy objects. Hourly rate is $30.00-$36.00 with incentive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business, sales, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in multi-family leasing
- 2+ years of experience in B2B selling
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Superior interpersonal skills
