Leasing Manager - Ayrsley Lofts

Leads and directs the community’s leasing, marketing, advertising and sales activities at Ayrsley Lofts to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident-retention goals. Oversees on-site traffic, ensures an adequate inventory of ready apartments, sets rent pricing and concessions, and monitors day-to-day leasing performance. Develops market-informed marketing plans and uses the company’s software to generate leasing reports. Works with maintenance to uphold property standards, conducts unit inspections for marketability, and leads merchandising efforts to promote the community. Actively participates in leasing by qualifying prospects, preparing lease documents, and completing move-in procedures; analyzes financial and traffic data; presents marketing results to clients and owners; manages lease renewals and residency communications; supervises and trains the leasing team in accordance with company policies. Requires licenses/certifications as dictated by state/local jurisdictions and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property. Flexibility for weekends/evenings and occasional travel.”,
