Job Summary
Oversee all leasing and marketing aspects at the property, including daily onsite attendance, auditing lease files, and managing resident relations through complaint resolution and retention programs. Lead the leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy by developing strategic marketing plans, executing outreach campaigns, and supervising leasing and renewal events. Effectively show and lease prospective residents while maintaining thorough product knowledge and completing weekly market surveys. Assist the Community Manager in screening, hiring, training, and coaching on-site staff to ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws. Manage customer service, monitor maintenance responsiveness, and inspect property appearance to ensure timely repairs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred or one year's experience in the housing industry
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- basic computer skills
- basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- basic knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Regular/daily onsite attendance
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools
- Ability to operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts
- Ability to move objects up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work night hours
- Ability to work in extremely low or high temperatures
- Ability to work in outdoor environments such as precipitation and wind
- Ability to work in small and/or enclosed spaces
- Ability to be exposed to hazardous chemicals
