Leasing Manager - Alvante at Pecan

Leasing Marketing Director oversees all leasing activities and property marketing, including prospect interviews, model/vacant apartments tours, lease administration, and follow-up with residents. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials, presenting to clients, coordinating resident events, social media and outreach marketing, mentoring Leasing Consultants, ensuring readiness for move-ins, handling resident requests, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing. Must manage marketing campaigns, market surveys, and budgets; requires strong communication, sales, and organizational skills; weekend work is required; experience with property management software (preferably Yardi) and a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 40-hour workweek with varying site hours.
