Job Summary
Leasing Manager responsible for overseeing leasing activities, monitoring marketing strategies, supervising Leasing Consultants, and ensuring adherence to Company policies and Fair Housing guidelines. Responsibilities include marketing units, determining and updating pricing, generating traffic through outreach, utilizing third-party online leasing programs, entering prospect information into property management software promptly, conducting tours and preparing lease agreements, and providing feedback on rental rates and specials. Requires up-to-date knowledge of market data, strong customer-service orientation, and ability to work with on-site teams to meet occupancy targets. On-site role with Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime; on-site license may be required by state law.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED required
- State leasing license or ability to obtain if required by law
- 2 years of prior leasing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer technology skills and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of Fair Housing guidelines and leasing regulations
