Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant responsible for attracting and screening potential tenants, marketing available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Duties include leasing apartments to qualified prospects, preparing lease paperwork, responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, coordinating with the property manager, achieving high occupancy, and maintaining positive resident relations. Requires staying informed about local rental market trends, participating in property marketing events, using property management software (e.g., Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, Resman), and upholding fair housing and company policies.
