Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for attracting and screening potential tenants, providing information about available properties, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Responsibilities include leasing properties to prospective tenants, maintaining high occupancy, marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and delivering excellent customer service. Work closely with the property manager and team to achieve leasing goals, stay informed about local rental market trends, participate in marketing events, manage leasing processes and paperwork, respond to inquiries, and uphold fair housing and company policies. Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
