Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant role focused on leasing properties to prospective tenants, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include marketing and promoting available properties, responding to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email, preparing lease paperwork, achieving high occupancy, maintaining resident relations, staying informed on rental market trends, participating in outreach and promotional activities, and upholding fair housing and company policies. Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed; strong negotiating, communication, and organizational skills required; proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan) is beneficial.
