Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant responsible for attracting and screening prospective tenants, providing information on available properties, and negotiating lease terms to maintain high occupancy. Responsibilities include marketing and promoting properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, preparing lease paperwork, responding to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email, and coordinating with the property manager and team to meet leasing goals. Requires staying informed about local rental market trends, participating in marketing events, and upholding fair housing regulations and company policies. Candidate should possess strong negotiating and sales abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan).
