Job Summary
Lease and show apartment units to prospective tenants with a high level of customer service; meet monthly lease quotas; collect rental deposits and complete lease forms; ensure model and target apartments are ready for showing; maintain a clean office and provide knowledge of lease terms, policies, floor plans, and Fair Housing; train others on policies and provide ongoing resident retention activities and renewal processes; manage resident files, submit maintenance work orders and confirm completion; assist Property Manager with resident events; handle resident requests and complaints professionally; transfer information into the company system; maintain appearance and attitude and be willing to work weekends; requires intermediate computer skills (Microsoft) and the ability to interpret lease agreements and safety rules; bi-lingual ability is a plus; experience with Yardi is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Ability to pass criminal, credit, and drug screening
- Knowledge of lease terms and screening processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Ability to multi-task and organize workload
