Job Summary
Greet visitors and residents, answer calls and email requests, and complete guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely. Show apartments to prospective residents, sell features and amenities, and secure leases while processing applications in compliance with fair housing laws. This role includes weekly bonuses for new leases and renewals at our 116-unit community in Waco. You must work Monday through Sunday, including weekends, with specific hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A valid Texas driver's license is required, and the application process involves criminal background checks and drug screens.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience
- Good leasing and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
- Must be able to work weekends
- Valid Texas Driver's License

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
