Deliver exceptional customer service through phone calls, appointments, tours, and follow-up communications while serving as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. Convert qualified prospects into new residents by presenting community amenities and responding promptly to telephone, email, and internet inquiries. Assist with marketing initiatives to increase leasing activity, conduct market surveys, and monitor competitor pricing. Address resident questions professionally and maintain accurate leasing records to support office operations. Work rotating weekends in a mid-rise apartment community on the Beltline.
