Show apartments to prospects and secure leases at optimum rent levels while maintaining occupancy and customer satisfaction. Convert walk-ins and phone inquiries into secured leases, screen applicants by reviewing credit and rental references, and prepare leases and move-in orientations. Manage the waiting list, follow up on Guest Cards, and handle subleases, renewals, and vacating notices. Process rent increases, collect delinquent rent, and manage utility connections. Conduct property walks, inspect ready units, and address resident complaints regarding pets, noise, and handbook violations. Maintain office operations, including file management, mail handling, and promotional materials.
