Job Summary
Guide prospective residents through the leasing journey while building relationships with current residents and your team. Juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks including greeting guests at the door, walking the property, inspecting homes, and addressing resident concerns. Handle property appearance maintenance and support resident events or weather challenges outside standard hours. Work weekdays 9-6 and Saturdays 9-5 with Sunday closures, rotating Saturday shifts.
