Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for guiding property tours, processing applications, maintaining market-ready apartments and community amenities, responding promptly to resident and prospect inquiries by phone/email, coordinating viewings and lease signings, and ensuring successful leasing and occupancy goals. Requires strong customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with Yardi and Paycom; occasional travel to other Weidner properties may be needed; adherence to Fair Housing laws and company policies; a reliable vehicle and valid license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Must agree to a criminal background check
- Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation, at all times
- Driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance must be valid and unexpired at all times and match the country in which associate will work
