Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for guiding prospective and current residents through marketing, leasing and renewal processes to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities include conducting marketing tours, opening and showing apartments, processing applications promptly, maintaining rental-ready units and community amenities, responding to inquiries via calls and emails, scheduling viewings, facilitating the application process, following up on traffic and leads, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with lease renewals while upholding confidentiality and Fair Housing practices. Requires strong customer service, clear communication, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the Weidner Move In Experience emphasis and collaboration with the Community Director; entry-level position with background check and valid driver’s license/transportation expected.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Professional communication across in-person, phone, email, and text
- Experience with Microsoft products preferred; Yardi and Paycom experience preferred
