Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for marketing, leasing and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue retention goals. Duties include conducting marketing tours, handling inquiries via calls/emails, converting leads to viewings, processing applications promptly, coordinating move-in or renewal procedures, maintaining market-ready apartments and common areas, coordinating with residents and vendors, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. Proficiency with property-management software (Yardi, Paycom) and Microsoft Office is preferred; strong customer service, organization, and confidentiality are essential. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain professional appearance, and be willing to work outside normal hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
- Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation, at all times
- Driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance must be valid and unexpired at all times and match the country in which associate will work
