Job Summary
Leasing Consultant to market, lease, and renew units at Weidner community in Midland, TX. Responsibilities include conducting marketing tours, opening and presenting model apartments, processing applications, maintaining market-ready spaces, responding to calls and emails, coordinating viewings, guiding applicants through the lease process, maintaining confidential resident files, collecting rents/fees/deposits, coordinating with vendors, promoting resident retention through renewals, ensuring office cleanliness and professionalism, and supporting safety measures. Requires strong customer service, organization, and familiarity with property-management software (Yardi, Paycom) and Microsoft Office; adherence to Fair Housing and company policies; ability to work flexible hours and be assigned to multiple properties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with motivation to learn and contribute daily
- Able to give professional directions in person, over the phone, email, and text
- Experienced in Microsoft products preferred; Yardi and Paycom experience preferred; willingness to learn new software
- Follow company policies, Fair Housing laws, and relevant regulations
- Prompt, regular attendance; professional appearance; wear dress code/uniform
- Criminal background check and voluntary drug testing agreement required
- Must have access to personal vehicle or reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and insurance in country of work
- Working knowledge of English; detail oriented and well organized
