Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant responsible for building relationships with prospective residents, conducting tours and inquiries, presenting apartment homes and community offerings, qualifying applicants, preparing leases, coordinating move-ins, and contributing to occupancy goals. Utilizes sales, customer service, and marketing skills to generate leads, manage leasing activity, apply Fair Housing guidelines, and maintain organized records. Familiarity with property-management tools (e.g., Yardi, CRM) and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required. Provides exceptional service to residents from initial contact through move-in and beyond, supporting retention and overall resident satisfaction.
