Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at UDR (Columbus Square, NY) focusing on moving residents in smoothly and delivering high-quality customer service within a residential community. Responsibilities include move-in coordination and orientation, Onesite document processing, overseeing concierge-style resident services, addressing walk-in traffic and resident concerns, coordinating with the Resident Services Manager and Community Director, managing communications via voicemails, texts, emails, and CRM tools to meet leasing and renewal goals, performing regular property condition checks, and back-up coverage for tours and inquiries. Requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel), knowledge of Onesite reporting, and commitment to Fair Housing laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in business administration or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two years of office experience
- Minimum of Two years’ experience in residential properties, rental operations, hotel or related business operations preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
