Job Summary
Lease residential and commercial properties by seeking, showing, and negotiating with potential clients while managing tenant handovers and tenancy issues. Maintain relationships with existing tenants through renewal strategies and retention planning, then organize proper documentation and initial lease agreements. Research the real estate market and propose rental rates to management to improve leasing activities. Follow up with maintenance, procurement, and finance departments on tenant-related matters. Requires 2–5 years of sales experience, a bachelor's degree, and fluency in English and Arabic.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years sales experience, preferably in real estate or hospitality
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good communication skills (English& Arabic) skills
- Public Relation Skills
- Knowledgeable in computer (MS Office and CRM system)
- Holder of Qatar Driver's License
