Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, conducting community and amenity tours, contributing to marketing and engagement initiatives, and handling front-office administration. Key duties include facilitating sales through customer interactions, providing feedback on sales barriers, executing management-directed initiatives, identifying local marketing opportunities, assisting with social media and communications, planning and promoting customer experience events, representing the community positively, and supporting property operations such as logging packages, maintaining office cleanliness, handling maintenance requests, and opening/closing duties. The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, collegiate environment, requiring strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, reliability, and availability during summer, holidays, and Turn periods.
