Job Summary
ETM responsibilities combine marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service. Provide customer experience and sales through tours, feedback on sales barriers to management, execute sales and engagement initiatives, assist with local marketing opportunities and social platforms, plan/promote/execute customer experience initiatives, engagement initiatives, and other marketing opportunities, and always represent the community positively. Administrative duties include logging/retrieving packages, opening/closing office and amenities, maintaining office organization, and coordinating maintenance requests. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus reliability and adaptability to a dynamic environment, are required.
