Leasing Consultant at Scion Group property Twin River Commons (New York region) focusing on customer experience, tours, and sales activities. Responsibilities include prioritizing customer interactions, conducting community and amenity tours, collecting feedback on sales objections, executing sales and engagement initiatives, identifying local marketing opportunities, assisting with social media and multi-platform communications, planning and delivering customer experience initiatives and marketing opportunities, and representing the community positively in all interactions.
