Job Summary
Prioritize interactions and communication with customers, providing community and amenity tours while executing sales and engagement initiatives. Log, file, and retrieve customer packages, then schedule maintenance requests to ensure timely resolutions. Assist with general housekeeping for the office, clubhouse, and grounds, maintaining organization and cleanliness. Represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office. Provide feedback on sales barriers and local marketing opportunities to the management team. This role combines marketing, relationship building, and administration within Scion's student living environment.
