Job Summary
Leasing Consultant duties include adhering to the company operations manuals, answering the phone, following up on traffic, greeting clients, touring and leasing apartments, handling the leasing process from introduction to occupancy, preparing lease paperwork, obtaining move-in keys and parking permits, responding to resident requests, completing recommended Grace Hill training, maintaining product and market knowledge, conducting market surveys, and participating in resident events. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and sales within a multifamily property management context; requires physical ability to stand and perform site visits and to drive as needed.
