Job Summary
Conduct property and apartment tours for prospective tenants to source housing needs and secure leases. Prepare lease and renewal documents while facilitating move-in and move-out processes. Partner with the Property Manager to monitor occupancy goals and maintain positive relationships with residents to encourage retention. Manage appointment calendars, assist with promotional materials, and support resident activities and programs. Requires high school diploma or GED with one plus years of sales or leasing experience. Proficient with Yardi and Microsoft Office. Weekend and evening work is required.
Required Qualifications

- Proficient with residential property management technology programs such as Yardi
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to form relationships with internal business partners and external partners
