Job Summary
Encourage prospective residents to view the community through engaging tours, assist current residents with exceptional customer service, and conduct daily community walks to maintain aesthetics and safety. The role requires in-person interaction at a petaluma, CA apartment community, with a schedule Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. 1 year of relevant experience and MS Office proficiency are requested. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of sales, administrative, hospitality/hotel, leasing or customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
