Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for encouraging prospective residents to choose the community through engaging tours highlighting amenities, assisting current residents with outstanding customer service, and walking the community daily to maintain aesthetics and safety. Role requires familiarity with property management activities and delivering bilingual English/Spanish communication when needed; schedule is Tuesday–Saturday from 9am to 6pm; compensation includes hourly wages plus leasing/renewal commissions and potential housing discounts. Location: Petaluma, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of sales, administrative, hospitality/hotel, leasing or customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- ability to work in other computer software systems
- enthusiasm for learning new things
