Leasing Consultant - The Club at Coldwater Springs

Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests via in-person visits, phone, and electronic communication. Conduct community tours to showcase apartment homes and amenities while assisting applicants through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in. Process rental applications, lease renewals, and documentation accurately; respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly. Maintain organized resident files and inspect community appearance to coordinate with maintenance staff. Support marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with property management software. On-site work as scheduled; property assignments and hours may be modified based on business needs.
