Job Summary
Greet and tour prospective residents, guide applicants through the leasing process from interest to signed lease, and maintain positive relationships with current residents to support renewals. Keep leasing paperwork and files organized and accurate while pitching in on general office and community operations as needed. This temporary full-time assignment runs through December 2026, primarily based at Seasons at Westchase with flexibility to assist other Providence communities in the Tampa area. Competitive pay of $20–$23/hour plus leasing commissions is offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation (you may travel between communities)
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong sales instincts and a talent for closing
- Comfort with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Yardi, resident retention practices, or multifamily housing is a plus, though not required
