Job Summary
Leasing Consultant in Tempe, AZ responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting tours, guiding applicants from inquiry to move-in, processing rental applications and lease renewals, handling resident questions and service requests, supporting retention and marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. Requires high school diploma or GED; experience in leasing or a related field preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and property-management software (Yardi/ResMan/On-Site) preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills; bilingual a plus. On-site role with comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
