Job Summary
Walk marketing tour paths, open target viewings, and ensure apartments, model homes, and amenities are clean and rent-ready. Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly, convert phone inquiries into walk-in traffic, and set viewing appointments. Tour residents with enthusiasm, facilitate the application process, and review all applications immediately upon receipt. Maintain and follow up on traffic in the queue while adhering to daily marketing and leasing strategies. Shop competitive properties monthly and ensure all approved applicants follow the Move In Experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong motivation to learn & contribute on a daily basis
- Ability to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text
- Working knowledge of English
- Detail oriented
- Well organized
- Must agree to a criminal background check
- Must sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
- Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation
- Driver's license
- Vehicle
- Vehicle insurance
- Valid and unexpired driver's license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance
- Must match the country in which associate will work
- Ability to work outside of normal scheduled hours as needed
- Willing and able to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed
- Must follow Weidner's Mission, Vision and Values
- Must comply with all Weidner policies and procedures
- Must comply with all Fair Housing, local, state/province, and federal laws
- Must wear company dress code / uniform
- Must maintain professional appearance at all times
- Must be prompt
- Must have regular attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Yardi experience
- Paycom experience
- Willingness and ability to learn new software programs
