Leasing Consultant

Full-time Leasing Consultant responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property/townhome tours, responding to inquiries, and leasing units while maximizing occupancy and leased rent. Requires knowledge of apartment features, deposits, and qualification procedures; responsibilities include preparing lease-related paperwork, maintaining guest cards and data in Yardi, and supporting move-in and renewal processes. Strong sales and customer-service skills, ability to close, and teamwork are essential; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is expected; prior leasing or retail experience is preferred. Location is Plymouth, MN; standard office hours with occasional schedule flexibility.
