Job Summary
Leasing Consultant role focused on leasing and resident relations, marketing visibility, and daily operations support. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting property tours, managing the full leasing process from application to move-in, providing pricing and policy information, maintaining resident files, and supporting retention efforts. Marketing duties involve promoting the property, analyzing advertising performance, and preparing market surveys. Operations duties include collecting applications and deposits, coordinating with maintenance, ensuring units are show-ready, and coordinating vendor access. Required skills include strong communication, organizational abilities, familiarity with Fair Housing laws, basic computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling, including weekends, is needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- One or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies
- Basic computer proficiency; comfort with digital tools
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
