Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at a luxury property in Mobile, AL, part-time. Responsibilities include connecting with prospective residents via phone, appointments, and follow-up; conducting property tours and delivering a persuasive sales pitch; guiding new residents through the leasing process and completing lease applications; maintaining accurate records of prospective and current residents, rent, and inventory; handling lease renewals, service requests, move-ins/move-outs, and related transactions; collaborating with teammates to identify and resolve apartment issues and conducting outreach marketing and branding; and planning activities to foster a sense of belonging among residents. Requires strong communication, teamwork, organization, creativity, care for residents, motivation, and a solution-oriented mindset. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
