Job Summary
Conduct in-person, virtual, and remote tours of available apartments to showcase community features, pricing, and lease terms to prospective residents. Collaborate with the leasing team to identify, attract, and qualify potential tenants while guiding them through the application process from initial inquiry to signed lease. Market vacant units via online listings, social media, and outreach events to generate leads, and perform routine inspections of model and vacant units to ensure optimal presentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor communities, and assist with resident retention efforts and community events to enhance satisfaction. Work on-site at the property in St. Charles with a schedule including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a sales focused position
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide tailored solutions
- Strong understanding of local leasing laws, fair housing regulations, and compliance standards
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Saturdays required (10 AM to 4:00 PM)
- This position will require you to work on-site at the property in St. Charles
